It has been eight years sine the Catholic Student Network in the North of Thailand was established. This network covers six provinces in the north of Thailand: Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Mae Hong Son, Lampang and Lampun. Most student in this network are from ethic groups such as the Karen, Hmong, Akha, Thai Yay, etc.
Not all the members of this network are Catholic. Many are Buddhist, other Christian denominations, animist, and Islam. But they would like to join our network because they find programs and activities can enrich their physical and spiritual lift experiences and build new friendships.
This new academic year, we have eight projects.
Each project relates to each part of the students live,
such as: Retreat On the Way – Spiritual life
Sports’ Day – Physical
Children’s Day – Charitable sharing
Cultural Exchange Program – Learning
and building International friendships
However, We are very limited in term of finance. We need support from generous people in order to make all project come true . We offer everything in the providence of god. May God Bless each of us and those who support us in anyway!
